Alan CummingAlan Cumming was born in Scotland on 27 January 1965. He graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 1985 (with a BA in Dramatic Studies), the same year he married Hilary Lyons (they were divorced in 1993). First nominated for an Olivier award for Outstanding Newcomer in 1988, Alan has gone on to achieve both critical and popular success on television, the stage, and screen, on both sides of the Atlantic. In 1998, he won the Tony award for his portrayal of the emcee in "Cabaret." His semi-autobiographical novel, "Tommy's Tale," was published in 2002. He is currently working on a screenplay adaptation. When he's not acting or writing, Alan is in great demand as a host, presenter, and espouser of political and social causes. Alan has also been known to do a little modeling, in particular for his friend Cynthia Rowley, and lately he has been doing appearances to promote his signature scent, "Cumming." Visit Alan's official site at http://www.alancumming.com Until I have time to incorporate all the newer images into my pages, here are the Alan pages from my old website.
